We are so honored to be a part of Alissa and Will’s big day. My number one priority is to ensure that each of you has a seamless booking experience and a point of contact to ask any questions that may arise before, during, and after your travel to Riviera Maya, Mexico.
To book your travel arrangements (flight, hotel, transportation), please visit the link below the listed room categories and enter all of your information.  If you would like to add additional nights, we would be happy to extend your reservation dates.  The rates are available for up to a 7 night stay at the resort, but you will need to stay a minimum of 3 nights between  .  If you would like to extend before or after this date range, please let us know.

While we are holding space for this wedding group, confirmations will be based on group and hotel availability. Please book your reservation no later than July 30, 2023.
Payments may be submitted at guest’s convenience using the link provided in each email sent with the invoice. Â A mandatory payment of 50% balance is due July 14, 2023.
If canceled prior to August 18, the deposit is non refundable.
If canceled after August 18, the reservation is 100% non refundable (no exceptions). The rooms will be the guest’s responsibility to pay in full. Travel Insurance is recommended to avoid penalties in case of cancellation.
You will receive a separate email closer to your travel dates with a link to submit your flight details, if you have booked them separately. If flights are not received 1 month prior to departure, the transportation will be forfeited.
