The team is so honored to be a part of Bianca and Josh’s big day. Our number one priority is to ensure that each of you has a seamless booking experience and a point of contact to ask any questions that may arise before, during, and after your international travel experience to Puerto Vallarta, MX.
To book your travel arrangements (hotel, transportation), please visit the link below the listed room categories and enter all of your information to receive a confirmation. The rates include food and beverage along with ground transportation between the airport and hotel for 2 guests. If you need a quote for additional passengers, please indicate the number of travelers along with ages to receive the correct quote. You can indicate the number of nights you wish to stay, but you will need to stay a minimum of 3 nights from March 19 -March 22, 2025 to participate in all wedding festivities. Airfare is not included in the rates but can be quoted to create a travel package.

At the all-inclusive Puerto Vallarta family resort, elegance is included. Designed for the ultimate relaxation vacation, Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta features over 335 rooms and suites with breathtaking ocean views. Each luxury room or suite is decked out with designer details and lifestyle conveniences, such as large HDTVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, beverage centers and white marble bathrooms. Child rates do apply for kids 12 and under when staying with 2 paying adults in the same room. For stays longer than 5 nights or to add additional guests to the room, please request a quote, and we will send you a customized quote.
INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. PLEASE ASK FOR QUOTE.
While we are holding space for this wedding group, confirmations will be based on group and hotel availability. Please book your reservation no later than November 1, 2024.
Payments may be submitted at guest’s convenience using the link provided in each email sent with the invoice. Mandatory payment of 50% of balance is due November 1, 2024.
Cancel prior to November 1, deposit is non refundable.
Cancel after November 1, 100% non refundable (no exceptions). The rooms will be the guest’s responsibility to pay in full. Travel Insurance is recommended to avoid penalties in case of cancellation.
You will receive a separate email closer to your travel dates with a link to submit your flight details, if you have booked them separately. If flights are not received 1 month prior to departure, the transportation will be forfeited.
Changes made after final payment will incur $150 change fee per person / per change.
