Welcome! We are so excited to be celebrating our wedding with you in Maui. We will be getting married on the Villas Lawn at the Royal Lahaina Resort with the reception to follow at the Hale Piilani Room and Lawn. Below you will find a block of rooms that we have reserved under guest accommodations. If one of these options will not work for you and you find a different room at the Royal Lahaina Resort that you would like to book, please reach out Lindsay and she will help you reserve the room that best suits your needs. We are so honored to be a part of Krystle and Tim’s big day. My number one priority is to ensure that each of you has a seamless booking experience and a point of contact to ask any questions that may arise before, during, and after your travel to Maui, Hawaii.
To book your travel arrangements (flight, hotel, transportation), please visit the link below the listed room categories and enter all of your information. If you would like to add additional nights, we would be happy to extend your reservation dates. The rates are available for up to a 7 night stay at the resort, but you will need to stay a minimum of 3 nights from August 10 – August 17.

Guest Accomodations.
Payments may be submitted at guests’ convenience using the link provided in each email sent with invoice. Half of the balance of the reservation will be due April 11, 2022.
If reservation is canceled prior to June 1, the deposit is non refundable.
If reservation is canceled after June 1, the reservation is 100% non refundable (no exceptions). The rooms will be the guest responsibility to pay in full. Travel insurance is recommended to avoid penalties in case of cancellation.
If purchasing flights on your own, please email the full flight itinerary to wendy@foerstertravel.com as soon as they are booked to confirm your round trip ground transportation. If flights are not received 1 month prior to departure, the transportation will be forfeited.
Changes made after final payment will incur $150 change fee per person / per change.
