About Me

Mindy is a Lubbock, Texas native and lived there for most of her life. She made the move (2) years ago to the metroplex for new adventures! Mindy is a graduate of Texas Tech University in 1998 with a B.A. in public relations and marketing.

She’s worn many hats throughout her career since college! Marketing manager, pharmaceutical and hospital sales, medical device sales, but she is most proud of being a franchise owner at Firehouse Subs and Qdoba along with her husband, Ollie.

Before joining Foerster Travel, Mindy had traveled to many places far and near and collected stamps from England, France, Ireland, Italy, Scotland, Mexico and 12 Caribbean islands. She’s a beach lover and is determined to collect stamps from all the Caribbean Islands! In addition to out of the country travel, she and her family are BIG Disney World lovers! She’s looking forward to many more travel experiences with Foerster. Her favorite trip so far in all her travels has been to Italy.

Mindy has two fantastic sons, Jackson and Grayson along with her supportive husband, Ollie. As a family, they enjoy travel as well as supporting Texas Tech Athletics!
